Returns & Exchanges

All embroidery items are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of embroidery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We’re meticulous about every detail. Each polo is embroidered on demand in our home studio, where we carefully check design placement and overall quality.

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for:

• Size or fit issues (refer to the size chart for proper measurements)
• Color variations (thread colors may vary slightly from screen to product)
• Normal variations inherent in embroidery
• Buyer’s change of mind
• Wrong size, color or aircraft name chosen

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at {email}.
