Washing Care

We want you to enjoy your jacket for a long time. Please follow the recommended care instructions provided with your garment. Because we cannot control individual washing and drying methods, we cannot be responsible for damage or wear that results from not following these care guidelines.

• Examine the embroidered area inside and out for any loose threads: trim them carefully if needed
• TURN INSIDE OUT. Always turn the jacket inside out so the embroidery is on the interior during washing. This reduces friction and snagging.
• Machine wash GENTLE/DELICATE cycle.
• Machine wash COLD with like colors. Hot water can damage polyester fibers and shrink or distort the embroidery threads.
• Only use mild detergent.
• Do not bleach.
• Avoid washing with zippers, velcro, hooks, heavy denim, or anything that could snag the embroidery

Drying Care

• Tumble dry medium, although air drying preferred.
• Do not dry clean
• Cool iron if necessary

• Production: 10-15 business days (holidays excluded). Our jackets are embroidered to order — no mass production here! Production time may be a little shorter or longer depending on the number of orders in our queue, but every jacket gets the same careful attention.
